Lovely room to rent near Turnpike Lane N22

Hi,

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a spare double room in our lovely house. It’s the largest room in the house and is south facing with lots of natural light. Most of the furniture will be staying but still plenty of room to make if your own too!

The house is in a great location just ten mins walk from Turnpike Lane tube station. Wood Green is also a 10-15 min walk away with loads of shops too. There’s loads of bus options into central too!

The house it’s-self is lovely, with a really nice communal living room we all share (and are slowly trying to add more plants to). We also have a big garden which is great in summer.

In terms of housemates there’s 3 of us, Kelly (28), Hugo (28) and Edvin (27). I (Kelly) work from the office Mon-Fri but Edvin and Hugo work from home majority of the time. The available room has lots of space for a home working set up if needed!
