Large double room in Turnpike Lane!

We're looking for a new housemate to join our lovely female house in Turnpike Lane! Available after 3rd November but flexible with move in date

We're ideally looking for a girl aged 26-30, working from the office at least a few days a week, someone sociable but respectful, clean, all the usual stuff. No students, no couples, no pets sorry!

The area:
Less than 10 minute walk to Turnpike Lane tube station. 5 min walk to the high street with every shop you need. 30 min walks to Ally Pally, Crouch End, Muswell Hill which all have loads of cute cafes, pubs, and charity shops

The house:
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Two floor victorian with a huge private garden (there's defo space for growing carrots or at least herbs if you're up for it) which is perfect for the occasional BBQ or drinks when the weather's less gross! Also a big living room which is already cosy but could use some more things to make it even nicer (bonus points if you bring any furniture bits or plants with you) and a big kitchen.

About the housemates:
Sophie- 27, Freelance Photographer, half WFH half out and about. Independent but likes to have a cosy friendly house. Loves drinks & dinner with friends, going to the theatre or a comedy night, trips away and gigs.

Ruth - 25 freelance journalist (new housemate)
Chloe - 27 marketing (new housemate)

The room: (£730 plus bills) spacious upstairs room with high ceilings that comes mostly unfurnished (except the bed). Available after 3rd November (exact date is flexible)

Bills work out to about £100-£130
