The house consists of 6 Studio style bedrooms with kitchenettes, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden 👌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
It's located very close to trendy cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in Wood Green and is 5 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane tube station on the Piccadilly line (6 stops into Central London)🚉

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be living with 5 other professionals - two males and 3 females - in their mid-late 20s.

THE ROOM 🛏️
This studio-style double room features a private bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, plenty of natural light, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge.💆‍♀️

THE BILLS 💷
The bills are all included and they all managed for you by us (so no need to argue about who used what!). They include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up.

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home. Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.

We are not an agency. As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees.

We are looking for a tidy, sociable person and for someone who will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their home.
