Double room in spacious and sociable house

Hi there!
We are a group of friends renting a house together. Unfortunately one of us is leaving, but this means that soon there will be a double bedroom available in our 4 bedroom house.

*THE FLAT*

A three-floor house with four bedrooms, a kitchen (with 2 hob stations), a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. There is also a large garden at the back where we enjoy the sun in the summer.

The house is about 8 min walk to Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line) and there is a bus stop right in front of the door (7 min ride to Seven Sisters, Victoria line).

We rented the entire house together (not by room) so you would need to be added to the contract when our current flatmate moves out. Please note that there may be a small admin fee for updating the names on the contract, and they may ask for references.

The rent for the room is currently £780 per calendar month with all bills included, and it has been so for the past year but please bear in mind that this might slightly change at some point (eg. bills fluctuating).

*THE ROOM*

The room is quiet and cosy and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It is on the first floor and next to the bathroom, which is to be shared with one other person only. There is also some space in the corridor between the room and the bathroom that you can use to keep your stuff, plus a little bit of storage near the kitchen.

Please note, the photos of the room are from before our current flatmate moved in. It looks a little bit different now with his stuff etc but consider that what will stay is only the stuff in the picture (hence the old pics!).

*THE HOUSEMATES*

We are all Italian in our thirties. Michele (39) is a professional working in hospitality and works shifts. Carmen (37) is an academic researcher and works Mon-Fri, with some travelling but mostly working from home. Edo (31) is a PhD student and tends to work from campus.

*NEW HOUSEMATE*

We're looking for someone clean (quite important), respectful and sociable. Preferably a woman to keep the balance, from the same age group as us, and comfortable with the Mediterranean vibe of the house :)
