THE ROOM:
Room is on the ground floor. It’s a huge double, very spacious, has good light, furnished & high ceilings. All furniture in the property has to stay as requested by the landlord.
Super essential you are clean & respectful.
No pets as we have a cat who is the landlord.

There’s 3 toilets (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and two bathrooms . We have storage under the stairs which is quite spacious enough for all of us. We have a drying room with a washing machine and dryer (game changer)

We’re surrounded by good food, cash & carry’s & three big supermarkets so there’s so much range and choice for all lifestyles.
The room is available on 1st December 2024
Accessibility wise: room is on ground floor, there’s one step at the front porch of the house and one step down from ground floor into the kitchen and behind that is the bathroom (so not wheelchair friendly). There’s also another bathroom and separate toilet upstairs but there are around 12 steps. Parking permit available. Benefits are accepted by the landlord!
