Double room available in Turnpike Lane

I’m sadly leaving my lovely room in Turnpike Lane early, and I’m looking for someone to replace me and sublet the room until the end of the current contract in April 2025. Possibility/option to extend the lease and move onto the contract properly from then, if wanted.

You’ll be living with 3 fun girls - Mikayla, Sophie and Chloe. All working in the theatre industry - a mix of performers and a stage manager, but all currently in muggle jobs! Very laid back vibe in the flat - everyone enjoys their own space and down time but enjoy congregating in the lounge to eat/play board games during the week.

Sophie has a lovely 3 year old cat called Dorito - he’s very placid, friendly, and well kept. He sleeps, and all of his stuff is kept, in Sophie’s room.

Rent is £528.75 p/m and bills are between £80-100 p/m. No deposit required (lead tenant holds it) - but with the understanding that you will pay any damage penalties in the room if you cause them.

Turnpike Lane tube station is a 3 min walk away (Piccadilly line straight into central London - King’s Cross is 15 mins away, Covent Garden takes 25 mins). There’s a Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, B&Q, Argos, Costa all within 10-15 min walk of the house. Downhills Park is a 5 min walk away, or easy access to Ally Pally too. The rent is a steal for the area!!

All furniture in the room (excluding the mattress) is my own. I’ll be taking a few things with me, but I’m looking to sell on the desk, clothes rail, bed frame and bedside table before I move out - happy to sell to the new tenant for a cheap price, or I will sell online prior to moving out. The letting agent requires the following documents for reference checks prior to moving in:
- Copy of passport
- 3 months of payslips
- 3 months of bank statements
- Reference from previous landlord if you have rented before.
