The room is small double garden side on the first floor.
Facilities include two bathrooms, a living and all basic amenities. There is also a garden at the back where we keep our bikes.
The rent is £770pcm and includes all bills (internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity).
We are 3 friendly professionals (French and Polish). We are looking for someone likewise who is considerate and tidy.
