Hello! We’re Jo, Maisie, Mitch, and Robbie, and we’re looking for someone to join our friendly home for a short-term sublet.

Big enough to work from home comfortably

4-bedroom terrace, less than 5 minutes’ walk from Turnpike Lane station
Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, large garden, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer

📅 Dates:
Available 4 November – 20 December (7 weeks total)
💰 Rent: £770 per month, all bills included (negotiable)

👋 About Us:
Jo – musician, often out at sessions
Maisie – community midwife (9–5)
Mitch – community nurse (9–5)
Robbie – accountant (hybrid work)
We’re a relaxed, tidy household that enjoys cooking together and hanging out in the evenings. It’s not a party house — just a calm, homely vibe.

Quiet street, under 5 mins to Turnpike Lane station, with shops, cafés, and a park nearby. Perfect for someone between places, visiting London for work, or needing a short-term base.
