It's a spacious furnished flat that I have enjoyed living in for over a year. My flatmate has moved out so I am looking to replace her. I'm a freelancer in the film industry, tidy, friendly and easy to live with.

7 minute walk from Turnpike Lane Tube Station, Piccadilly Line. Very easy to get into Central London.
25 minute walk from Harringay Green Lanes Station.
Good bus links.
10 minute drive from the North Circular.
30 minute drive to the M1.
PARKING
Parking is not included, however you can buy a resident's permit through the council and park on any adjacent street in the area, including parking opposite the flat.
THE AREA
Tesco Express, Lidl, Sainsbury's all within walking distance.
Lots of shops and cafes, including Cineworld Wood Green, all within a 10/15 minute walk.
The Lordship Recreation Ground is a great park a 10 minute walk away.
BILLS
Bills are not included in the rent, and total around £190/200 per month. (Gas/Electric, Water, Wifi, Council Tax).
