I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2-bedroom flat, as I'm sadly moving out in August to live with my boyfriend. The new 12-month tenancy starts on 1st September, though a move-in date in August can be arranged.
Rent is £950 per month each, plus bills.
The flat is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom on the top (4th) floor, just a 7-minute walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line). There are also loads of bus routes nearby (41, 230, 67, 29, 141, W4, and others from Turnpike Lane Bus Station). The flat is super bright with windows on all the outer-facing walls.
There’s an off-license directly below the flat, plus a Sainsbury’s Local and two Tesco Express stores within a 10-minute walk.
The available bedroom comes with a bed, mattress, bedside table and large built-in wardrobe.
You’ll be living with a 24F primary school teacher, so she'll be at work on weekdays and home during school holidays. Ideally, we're looking for someone with a similar schedule – I'm a teacher too, and we’ve found it really helps with managing bills since we’re out during the day.
My flatmate is pretty chill, enjoys cosy nights in with TV and is a great gym buddy (when we can find the motivation), so would love someone with a similar vibe!
Council tax band B. Tenant needs to be on an annual income of £28,500 or more.
