Looking for housemates that want to create a nice home! Ideally we are looking for long term housemates but we’re open to short term renting (minimum 3 month).

We (Charlotte and Natalia) have been living together for a year and have created a nice home together. We're looking for a housemate who shares similar values, who wants to create a nice home and has a clear, calm communication style and is open talking about house issues that arise. It’s a classic London house in that we each have our own schedules and have our own space, we do show up for each other and spend time together as well and we would like to cultivate a bit more together time. It’s a balance between co-living and everyone having individual life experiences.

The house is always open to improvement and everyone’s welcome to add into the decor and how we live together. We have a minimal aesthetic and keep the house clean and tidy, we have a cleaning rota.

Bills are included in the rent, they will likely be cheaper in the summer. Deposit is £550.

Natalia is the lead tenant, rent and bills are paid directly to her. Move in date and rent is the 15th, there is some flexibility with moving in sooner if needed.

A bit more about us:

Housemates:
Natalia: I’m currently working for a small boutique, a library of scents 5 days a week. I just finished my acting school and I’m preparing for the performance master course. If a project comes up I’m away from a week to a month depending on a project. I’m a fan of good films, analog photography and floristry, love sharing food, exchanging life experiences and ideologies. She supports her friends by attending any of their gigs, exhibitions and creative projects and is their biggest fun. Movement is the way I express myself and quality time is my love language.

Charlotte: I have a mixture of work, working with the charity sector and I have my own business teaching herbalism and foraging. I’m often cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, preserving/pickling/trying out new recipes. I love dancing, movement practises, gardening, cooking and being creative. The garden is a really lovely place in the summer and we often spend most of our time here. I enjoy cooking for friends and having folk over for food. I go to bed fairly early, by 10pm on week night so appreciate the house being a quieter space after this time.
