The flat has its own private entrance and is arranged over two levels. Both rooms are on the first floor along with the shared bathroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a comfortable living room that also has room for a home-working setup.

There are two rooms available. One is a spacious double at £820 per month, furnished with a full double bed and plenty of space for your furniture. The other is a smaller double at £720 per month, also furnished, and it comes with a private front balcony which is great for fresh air or a morning coffee.

Bills are around £100 per month and cover council tax, utilities and broadband. The deposit is £500 and the minimum term is six months. Rooms available from 1 January 2026.

The flat also benefits from excellent outdoor space. There’s a south-facing roof terrace that gets sun throughout the day, plus a private garden on the lower level.
