Large double bedroom 30 second from the station

Hi people, i’m moving out from my nice room after 2 years and I’m looking for someone to replace me, is a really lovely house with 3 floor.
3 people at the ground floor with 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
1 kitchen and 1 bathroom at the second floor and 1 bathroom at the 3rd floor too. So basically is a bathroom and kitchen every 3 people.
Unfortunately no living room.

Is located literally Infront of Turnpike Lane station.
24 min away from Soho with Piccadilly Line.
2 stops away from Finsbury Park.
The room can be available from the 14th of July and rent must to be paid on the 24th so if you coming in earlier you would have 10 days in plus of accommodation.
