Cozy Double Room with Access to Garden

Hi there,

We are Eilidh, Farah, and Shalaka, and we are looking for a fourth person to join our cosy and friendly household. Shalaka and I (Farah) are working professionals, and Eilidh is a drama student and previously worked in theatre production.

FLAT & ROOM

I's a four-bedroom flat with one bathroom, a very luminous and spacious living room, a pretty big kitchen where we like hanging out in front of a cup of tea, and a cute little garden for house parties or dinners :)

The room rent is £625 per month, plus bills that amount to between £100 and £120 in winter. Our council tax band is D, and it amounts to £46 per month, included in the bills.

The rent period starts on 15th September.

AMENITIES & TRANSPORTS

Tesco is 5 mins away, Sainsbury's 8 mins and the high street has a bunch of other shops and restaurants (in 10 mins walking distance). The gym is also within 10 mins walking distance.

10 minutes walk Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line), and there are the 141 bus to London Bridge and the 29 bus to Trafalgar Square 5 minutes away.

We are also 15 minutes away on foot from Harringay Green Lanes (Overground) and less than 20 minutes away from Hornsey station (Great Northern Rail).

ABOUT US

We love cinema and dissecting them, the theatre, reading etc. We also enjoy talking politics and social issues or simply chatting about our daily lives, and occasionally having friends over for dinner (well, at the weekend mainly!). We have a good balance between socialising and respecting alone re-charging time.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, we would like to offer this room to a fellow working professional between 25 and early 30s, who is willing to be more of a friend than just a flatmate, but is also respectful of personal space.

It's also important for us that this person is clean and tidy, available to share housework efforts with us, and willing to participate in decorating and making the house cosy and comfortable :)
