Female housemate in Haringey

Hi! We are looking for a friendly professional female housemate to join our lovely home in quiet residential area near Turnpike Lane Station/Piccadilly line and Belmont Recreation Ground/Park.

About Us:

• 1 woman from Poland, professional and former CSM student, working in the city

• 1 woman from Germany, professional, working mainly from home, travel & lifestyle industry

The House:

• 4-bedroom house

• 1 garden view room available immediately (freshly painted)

• 1 ground floor room available from 1st October (will be freshly painted end of Sept too)

• Shared: living room (9sqm), fully equipped kitchen (gas-oven, fridge, freezer) 19sqm, utility room with washing machine, garden 45sqm, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub. All facilities are shared with no direct access from any of the bedrooms. Alarm system and house insurance.

Rooms & Rent:

We are looking for one new housemate to take one of the rooms only — no couples, please

• garden view room: £480/month plus additional costs, 9sqm, top floor, 1 big window, very nice garden view, double bed and basic furniture (bed, wardrobe), additional furniture possible to take over for small amount.

or

• ground floor room: £525/month plus additional costs, 15sqm, 1 big window, view to the street, additional furniture possible to take over for small amount.

Rent is paid directly to our friendly landlady (she does not live in the house).

Additional Costs:

Water, council tax (Band D), internet, gas, and electricity are shared equally among tenants and managed by us. Depends on usage, about 120-200GBP per month.
