Our lovely housemate Lauren is moving on and we have an amazing room to fill! Bit of a London gem as we have both a living room and a garden! The room is super spacious and quiet as it faces the back of the house away from the road (Lauren will be taking the all furniture in the room with her) 🥰

LOADS of local amenities are a 15 minutes walk away along Wood Green high street, including the shopping centre, lots of restaurants and is super well connected by a ton of bus routes☺. There is a Sainsbury’s local a 3-5 minute walk away (perfect for getting an evening sweet treat)!

There is two of us staying as we love the flat so much (Chelsea and Emily)!
We love a chat in passing and a catch up in the evenings.

I also enjoy reading and spending time with friends. I also love a solo trip abroad! As an Aussie in London I’m always up for exploring the city.

originally from Manchester and moved to London a year ago. I currently work in the civil service and WFH once or twice a month. I’m friendly and easy going and like going for a drink or watching a movie in the evenings.

About you?

We have really REALLY good communication and would love for somebody kind, trustworthy and unproblematic to join our dynamic! We are looking for an addition to our flat who is LGBTQ+ friendly and is comfortable living with flatmates who have partners that come over occasionally (e. g. staying over the weekends!)🥰

We want someone who can pay bills and rent on time. We are VERY clean and want someone who tidies up after themselves and does their part in maintaining the house and garden with us. We aren't a party household and are definitely more quiet and introverted, which means the flat is a good place for someone who is similar — with that being said, we have a lovely garden for bbq's and a great lounge/kitchen for game nights.

Unfortunately we are unable to have any pets!

Most importantly, we want the house to be a tidy, safe space. This is a joint tenancy so getting on and making sure we are on the same page is vital!
