Hello! ✨ I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my cosy two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat near Turnpike Lane station.

📍LOCATION
I've live in the area for 3 years and really love the flat and neighbourhood. It's lively and vibrant with loads of delish restaurants and cafés around. There is a Tesco, Anytime fitness and a the bus stop 3min away and the station is a short 10-min walk with the Piccadilly line!

✨ABOUT ME
I'm 25 and I am originally from Colombia and have lived in London for almost 10 years💙 I work in Financial services and have a pretty busy schedule during the week. I enjoy dancing and have loads of dancing classes during the week (bachata, flamenco and salsa! 💃🏻🕺🏻), I also go to the gym regularly and love a good pilates class x.

I value a home that feels calm and welcoming, so cleanliness, organisation and mutual respect are very important to me and therefore this is not a party flat.

Ideally, another female in their late 20s/early 30s with a similar lifestyle - someone extremely tidy and clean (We will have a regular cleaner but I would expect us to maintain the place clean and tidy) who also enjoys a peaceful home base.
