1 Room in 4 Bed Creative Girl House

I have to move out to be closer to a new job so a room will be available in this lovely 4 bed house with 3 other creative girls - Lilly, Emmie and Niamh 🩷

It has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a garden. The tenancy agreement is from April-April so you will be living there from November to April for 6 months

The house came unfurnished so can have the room empty or you’re welcome to have my bed and a chest of drawers - it’s up to you!

We like having a friendly vibe in the house and like to chat in the kitchen, go to an exhibition or grab a pint whenever we can. We also respect personal space and alone time if that’s something you’d prefer, as long as there’s open communication and good vibes!

I will be looking for someone to move in ASAP so be ready with guarantor info and/or work info to make the process smoother 😃✨

Students are welcome but please take into account you will have to pay council tax equally across the other girls, all bills come to about £115 a month.
