I have to move out to be closer to a new job so a room will be available in this lovely 4 bed house with 3 other creative girls - Lilly, Emmie and Niamh 🩷
It has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a garden. The tenancy agreement is from April-April so you will be living there from November to April with the opportunity to extend.
The house came unfurnished so the room will be empty but the rest of the house has been furnished by the other girls so you don’t need to worry about living room, kitchen furniture etc.
I will be looking for someone to move in ASAP so be ready with guarantor info and/or work info to make the process smoother 😃✨
Students welcome but please take into account you will have to pay council tax equally across the other girls, all bills come to about £115 a month.
