Great double room in wholesome house

Room is available from the beginning of January.

We’re looking for someone new to move into our great house 5 mins from Turnpike Lane station (Picadilly line). The house is really well connected. Wood Green high street is nearby with a big Lidl, Sainsbury's, B&Q, TK Maxx etc. We have a good sized garden which is amazing in the summer. Alexandra Palace park is super close and so is the Stoke Newington reservoir for summer swimming!

It’s £700 per month, it comes with a bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There's space for a desk too if you WFH.

We are 3 professionals aged 28-30, Georgie Millie and Frances. We're all out and about a lot but spend a lot of time together doing the garden/baking. We also have a lady outdoor cat called Brian.

We are a non party household, sorry.
