Sadly my flatmate is moving on, so, a bright, spacious room is becoming available in my lovely 2-bed flat from 1st February, located 12 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station.

Rent: £880 per month
Bills: approx. £190 per month per person.

I’m planning viewings for Friday 2nd Jan.

The flat is modern and well-kept, with a carpeted bedroom and wood flooring throughout the rest of the flat, and a washer dryer. You’ll be sharing with just me :)

Who I’m looking for:
I’m ideally looking for someone quiet, respectful, 22+, who values both shared spaces and personal space. This is very much not a party flat, but a calm and peaceful home!

A bit about me:
I’m Rhiannon, 24, I’m Irish and lived in London for 4 years. I work in hospitality in central London, so I’m often out on evening shifts. I work long hours and really value a clean, calm, and considerate home to come back to. I am very used to flat-sharing and want to create a respectful, calm and cozy home. I’m always happy to have a chat over a cup of tea, but I also really value privacy and downtime, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same.

I absolutely love this flat and take great care to make is as cozy and homey as possible, so I’m looking for someone who will do the same and treat it with respect.
