Spacious beautiful double room is available from 8th of January. This is a rather quiet professional house share. You`d be sharing with a lovely girl and 3 friendly guys. We are looking for a new house mate who is after a comfortable, clean, peaceful home.

The room is only available for NON SMOKERS.

The rent is £695/month all bills included (approx £160/week).

The house is close to Tube 6-7 min walk (or 2 bus stops), Zone 3 Turnpike lane station (Piccadilly line)
-20 min walk (5 min by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station.
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town (24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo


Fully furnished house 1 complete bathroom with bath/shower/WC and 1 additional separate WC.
Shared large kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with microwave, cooker/oven, 2 fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc. No living room.

Fantastic garden for bbq's.

2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you. Also payable on your move in day is your first rent.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. All bills and Council Tax and Internet and TV license are included in the price. The notice is 2 weeks only!
