Sadly, my friend is moving out, so I am looking for the right person to make it feel homey again! 😊
The room comes unfurnished – perfect if you want to have freedom on how to decorate your room! Only shelves and a couple of other small pieces are staying, with the option to buy brand new furniture from my friend.

We are located only a 10-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station/bus station and 20 minutes on the tube to central! Close to the green parks, Wood Green shopping mall, gyms (2x thegym, Pure Gym), Vue/Cineworld, big supermarkets and yummy Turkish restaurants. Smaller shops like Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express are just a 1-minute walk away!

⚪ About the flat:
• Fully equipped kitchen with 2 small fridge/freezers and loads of cupboard space
• Brand new washing machine
• Third/spare room upstairs + attic – plenty of space to dry your clothes or store your stuff!
• Shared bathroom and toilet
• Bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, Internet) are not included – they will be shared between you and me

⚪ About you:
Ideally, you would move in before the 17th January (open to discussion) and have a minimum income of £30k to pass the reference check.

I’m a working professional who enjoys cooking, learning Spanish (hablas Espanol? jaja) and travelling, especially to Barcelona! ❤️ I’m laid-back, tidy and looking for the same – someone who will treat this house as home 😊
