2 spacious double rooms available in Turnpike Lane

Hello! My current two housemates are leaving the house at the end of May, so I am looking for two housemates to share this stunning, 3-person terraced house 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station and 15 minutes walk to shops on the High Road and Green Lanes. You can get to most of central London within a 30-minute tube ride!

The two rooms available are both upstairs, furnished with double beds and are very spacious.

The house has a shared lounge area, kitchen with a dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet and a large garden in the back. There is a washer (no dryer) in the kitchen.

The area is very peaceful and you are close to a lot of green space for walks, runs and exercise.

The house is let on a single lease between 3 people, and a 5 week deposit is required. Utilities are separate and comes to around £140 per person currently, including 100mb/s internet. The landlord is great at sorting out any issues raised promptly. Reference checks will be required which could take a few days.

A bit about myself: I am an accountant working in the City on a hybrid schedule. I am clean, very easy-going and enjoy a bit of cooking at home.

In my free time I love going swing dancing, playing my guitar (never loudly) and running, so if you're into these things all the better!
