Long term let in 3-4-bedroom Victorian Terraced house with garden🌲

Two of our housemates are moving out and we are looking for someone/ideally a couple to join the house 🙂

2 rooms available: 1 bedroom and 1 office/studio/extra room that can be used as anything but a bedroom due to HMO 🙄

Move in date 18th April but can be flexible-ish!

You will be living with 2 gals (26&28) One is an actor, and one is a producer. We also have partners who are around sometimes! And of course Max (pictured). He’s the neighbors cat, but basically lives here lol

It is a lovey queer/queer-friendly, creative household.

So, onto the rooms! As mentioned, are two rooms on offer, for one person or a couple. One double bedroom and one extra room that could be used for whatever you fancy really.

The bedroom is south facing, gets plenty of light and looks onto the garden. Comes with a bed frame (not the one in the pic, but the frame pictured in the smaller studio room, the frame is smaller so it takes over the room less), a chest of drawers (pictured) and the clothes rail if you want it! It’s a medium sized double, next to the bathroom which has a bath and shower, which you’d only be sharing with one other person, as there is one bedroom with an en-suite and another with a w/c next to it downstairs.

The smaller room is pictured here as a bedroom, but the bed frame will be moved and then you can set this room up however you like! You can keep some of the other furniture if you like too (previous tenant willing to sell for a very reasonable price).
The room gets the most light in the house and would be an ideal wfh space or room to chill, even a walk in wardrobe if you fancy!

There is a communal living room downstairs, a large kitchen with large French doors that open to a private garden.

Deposit: £1050 (£525 for each room)
Rent: £1150 per month (includes both rooms) + bills (if you’re a couple then bills will be split equally between the 4 of us!) and usually come to about £100/130 a month, less in the summer

TENANCY
We rent from a private land, through a letting agency, and our names on the tenancy agreement. Looking for people to join the home, hopefully long term, but can be flexible(ish).
