I’m moving out of my flat and need someone to take over my tenancy starting 12 April. It’s a beautiful large bright double room on a quiet road just off Turnpike Lane, 5 min walk to the station.

The flat is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a gorgeous huge lounge/diner area. The bedrooms face east and get lovely morning sun, the kitchen and lounge get the evening sun. It’s a great place to relax/hang out :)

Unfortunately the flat is not accessible as it is on the first floor with no lift.

The bedroom comes with bed and mattress, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a chair, mirror and small shelves. There’s two big cupboards built into the wall for storage too. I have some extra storage units that I would be happy to sell to the incoming tenant.

Your potential new flatmate is Orla, she’s a super flatmate, very friendly and clean. Down for a chat and a cuppa but we generally do our own thing so very relaxed.

Turnpike Lane is a fantastic area, there’s lots of nice shops and cafes along the high road. You’re a 5 min walk to the tube station (Piccadilly line), 5 min walk to Lidl and Tesco. 10 min to Hornsey station and 15 min walk to Crouch End. It’s a buzzy area but the flat is on a quiet residential road so there’s never any noise issues.

Suitable for single occupancy, queer woman/non binary professional preferred, no students.

Rent is £890 per month, bills come to about £150.
