Spacious sunny single room in 4 bed house is available from the 31st of March. We are looking for a nice person to share with. It`s a quiet small house share. The room is for 1 person only. No pets and no couples. You`d be sharing with 3 lovely girls.

The room is fully furnished and gets a lots of sunshine through its double glazed windows. Furnitures: single bed, double wardrobe, desk, chair, book shelves, bedside table etc.

-the house is close to Tube 6 mins by walk ( or 2 bus stop), Zone 3 Turnpike Lane station.
-and 15-20 mins by walk (or 5 -8 mins by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station (Piccadilly line)
Holborne, Russel square, King’s Cross and Covent Garden within 20 min by Tube
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town(24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo
The popular Finsbury Park within walking distance!

The rent is £585/month (approx £135/week. All included!

2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. All bills and Council Tax and Internet and TV licence are included in the price. The notice is 2 weeks only!
