Hey all!
I’m currently looking for someone’s to take over my tenancy at in Turnpike Lane until the lease runs out in September 2027 as I’m moving out with my other half!
THE ROOM:
This is the biggest room in the flat, with a large ensuite. It comes unfurnished, with the exception of my wardrobe, which I will be selling on Facebook Marketplace if the person moving in is not interested in buying it.
Across the day a lot of light shoots into the room, especially around the afternoon - the room ends up feeling super bright and airy, which has been wonderful.
If interested, you would replace me on a tenancy agreement until September 2027, and would need to pay a £50 admin fee to the letting agency.
LOCATION:
Location and transport wise, we’re pretty much close to everything with the tube being steps away from us. Highlights include:
3 - 10 mins to reach Sainsbury’s Local, Morrisons and Lidl
2 mins (if that) away from Turnpike Lane Station and Bus station
15 mins away via bus from a massive Sainsbury’s and Aldi in Haringey Green Lanes
15 mins away on foot from Hornsey Train station - taking you straight to Moorgate
THE FLAT
You’d be sharing the flat with Radhika (28) and Ozlem (26) - both work in social focused, hybrid roles. Both are super sociable, enjoy going to shows, eating out and just generally hanging out.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room and patio. Some of the furniture in the ad (the Ikea Kallax’s, some of the plants, and lamps) will be coming with me.
Parking is available through the council - once signed onto the tenancy, you can set up an account where you can get a resident’s permit, including parking for other cars at £1.30 per hour or £5.00 for a full day.
