Small Double right next to Turnpike Lane Station

Hello there,

(Room is currently being used as a creative studio and work space, and I enjoy sleeping on a futon on the floor, which is why there is no bed!)

A small double/spacious single room available in a cosy 3 bed flat. The flat is 2 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station. Available from 1st May but I can be flexible with this if you need to move in sooner.

Our flat is on the first floor and we have a good relationship with Janna who lives in the flat downstairs.

Tenancy and location:

We rent from Foxtons, and you would be added to the tenancy on a rolling contract. For transparency, the total rent of the flat is £2100, and we divided the rent with larger rooms paying more etc.

We contact the landlord for any issues directly, and he has been great with fixing any issues we have had, and the kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated when we moved in, so everything works wonderfully.

This location is so convenient with it being next to the station and a few minutes walk to various supermarkets and amenities. So so handy!

Flatmates:

You'll be living with Isabella who works in the charity sector, she is warm, kind, and tidy. Lucy is moving in this month, she is a musician, very creative and up for exploring London's artistic scene. Both are in their mid 20's.

The girls have requested a female identifying person to take the room.

This is a queer and welcoming home.

Bills:

Water, Council Tax (Band C), Gas and Electric all come to around £150 per month. We each take on one bill so that the responsibility is shared between us.
