Double room in large maisonette in Wood Green

Hi there! I will be leaving this lovely house at the end of June, so we will soon have one room available in our household next to the Wood Green Mall. It is around 5 minutes walk from Wood Green station on the Piccadilly line and 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane station. Our house is very close to the main road so it is very convenient, but in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Move in date: 1st July 2026. Contract will be signed directly with the landlord without any agent fee. Longer stay is preferred.

We are arranging viewings so please let us know if you are interested. A few details about the house: It was fully renovated about 5 years ago, it’s on 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with a shower), a large living room, kitchen and garden. All the mattresses are newly bought, very new and clean. All the supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants you may need are in the corner, surprisingly close. Also, Alexandra Palace park is just behind the corner.

About the rooms: The rent is not including bills. The rent for the double room is £700 per month, it comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and the deposit is £700. The room has direct access to the garden.

Bills: Gas, electricity, internet and council tax are paid monthly and they are about £100 per person each month. Water is paid every six months and is normally around £10 per month.

Housemates: You will be sharing the house with Mazie, 28, Adrien, 27, Abby, 24. LGBT welcome, vegetarian welcome, international people welcome.
