Spacious room for rent - 5 mins from Turnpike Lane

We're looking for a new roommate to join us at the start of July for our new tenancy. You would be joining Raheem and myself, two professionals who have been living and working in London for a year now. It’s a relaxed and welcoming home, and we’d love to find someone who enjoys having a chat, is considerate of shared spaces, and is happy to contribute to keeping the flat clean and comfortable for everyone.

RENT/BILLS

The available room is £950 per month.
Bills have not been more than £150 per month so far, and I expect they’ll be slightly lower as the weather gets warmer.
Everything is already set up, so the room would be ready for you to move straight in.

The room is a similar size to mine and shares a bathroom with me.

The living room and kitchen are excellent, as you can hopefully see from the pictures, and I also have a video I can share on WhatsApp if you’re interested.

The house is very well connected and is a 5-minute walk to Turnpike Lane station (London Underground Piccadilly line) and a 10-minute walk to Hornsey railway station, which has direct trains to Moorgate station. Both are two stops from Finsbury Park station, providing access to additional National Rail services and the Victoria line. Journey times are around 20 minutes to King's Cross station and approximately 30 minutes to Moorgate.
