Room is nice and clean with a small double bed , wardrobe, sofa and bedside cabinet

Fibre broadband throughout the house

Shared area is downstairs kitchen where you have access to a new washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer

All bills inc except electricity which is approximately £50 / month but depends on usage

Super convenient transport links as very close to Turnpike Lane tube and bus station so you can reach central London in 20 mins

Also only 2 mins from the high st with all shops supermarkets restaurants etc

We have a cat who likes to sleep a lot
