2 bed flat with own bathroom - 3 mins from tube!

Hello!!

I'm looking for a flatmate to come and join me and my doggy, living in a lovely modern flat with your own bathroom! The tenancy will start from the 6th July.

A little bit about me - I am a Londoner who has grown up around the area and I am looking for a new flatmate to come and join me and Bobby (the Whippet!) in our lovely home on Turnpike lane. I'm a pretty easy going, clean and love making the flat feel like a home for all! I mostly work from home, so will be around for any deliveries you may have.

I'm now 30, so I'm looking for someone who is happy enjoying the quieter life. I love to go to the pub, try all the fun food in the area and going for walks with the doggy! I very much live my own life with friends/work/ hobbies, but would like to find someone who is happy to have a chill/ hang out together sometimes!

Who I am looking for:
- female flatmate who is roughly the same age as me
- chill and pretty easy going
- clean and respectful of shared spaces
- someone who has experience/ loves dogs! Bobby will not be allowed in your room, however he does have free roam of the rest of the house
- if you have a small/medium dog yourself (and as long as they get on!) they this would be no problem

The room:
- the room is a lovely double size with large windows across one of the walls
- it comes unfurnished, however the current tenant is willing to sell on the furniture she has, if this is something you would want
- there is a large built in wardrobe
- you have your own family bathroom, with sole use. The bathroom has a lovely big bath, rain shower head, and lots of storage!

The flat:
- the flat is on the 6th floor of a newly built block. It has all the amenities, with a sperate room for the washer/dryer/storage, dishwasher, built in microwave etc. It also has a lovely shared communal garden.
- there is a terrace within the flat, that is covered so can be used all year around
- the flat faces the residential roads of Turnpike lane, so while you have the benefit of being right on the high street, its also very quiet and pretty
- the property comes unfurnished, however, the communal areas are mostly furnished (will need to replace a couple of bits as they belong to my current flatmate!) I am very flexible though and if you do have lots of furniture, then I'm willing to get rid of some of mine, so that this feels like a home for both of us!
