I live in a Victorian period flat near Turnpike Lane Piccadilly tube station (9 minute walk) and Wood Green Piccadilly tube (10 minute walk). The overground at Hornsey station is around a 15 minute walk which is an alternative and goes to Moorgate.
It takes 22 mins on the Piccadilly line from Turnpike Lane to Leicester Square so central London is super easy and accessible.
The 29 bus which is local goes all the way to Leicester Square.

We have 4 main parks within easy reach:
•Russell park (1 minute away)
•Belmont park (5 mins away)
•Downhills park (10 mins away)
•Finsbury Park (25 mins away)
Alexandra Palace is also a nice walk too and very scenic.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to all the numerous shops on the main high street which also has 3 gyms and we have a Sainsbury’s store a few minutes away for convenience plus all the green lanes famous restaurants are all within easy reach.

I am a quiet single working professional and the lodger would be a similar type of person who is respectful. This is a peaceful flat and we have lovely neighbours….

The bathroom is newly renovated with a walk in shower and has a large window and extractor fan for ventilation which is nice to have nowadays.

The kitchen is functional and has an oven, hob, large fridge freezer and washing machine.
I will also be purchasing a 2 seater table and chairs for the kitchen.

We have a landing area where it’s big enough for us to place the clothes drying rack and there is a dehumidifier too.

The monthly rent is £625
The energy which we will divide between the 2 of us separately.
Council tax will be £30 monthly.
