Come and join us in our lovely home in Turnpike Lane, which we’ve happily called home for the past three years.

The house is located on a safe, quiet residential street just a 5-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station. You’ll find local shops, supermarkets, and the fantastic Westbury pub just around the corner. Finsbury Park is also close by, offering excellent transport links into Central London, which can be reached in around 20 minutes by tube or bus.

We’re two friendly working professionals in tech and property who enjoy sports, the gym, travelling, art, and the occasional night out. We’re looking for a like-minded housemate to join us!

The available room is a spacious upstairs bedroom overlooking the street. The house also features:

* Large private garden with a patio area – perfect for relaxing during the summer
* Two bathrooms (one downstairs and a larger bathroom upstairs)
* Plenty of storage space, including access to the attic
* Spacious communal living room with TV and all major channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube (already covered)
* Large kitchen leading directly into the garden

We don’t smoke ourselves, but we’re happy to live with smokers. We simply ask that smoking isn’t done inside the house. The garden provides a great outdoor space for this, and we have a dedicated cigarette disposal bin available for you!

The tenancy is a rolling contract under the updated Renters’ Rights legislation. Bills are split equally between the three housemates and are typically quite reasonable each month.
