Cheap Couple's Room in Harringay

My partner and I are moving countries, but we have spent two years in this lovely house share. Looking for another couple to take over our room on the 5th of August: Price is £734 per month, + bills around £80 per month for each person (so for the couple 160£ altogehter). No agency fees; rent is paid directly to the landlord.
The house is really well located, 7 minutes' walk from Turnpike Lane station. (15 minutes to Finsbury Park on the Picadilly Line, 25 minutes to King's Cross, 35 minutes to Leicester Square). Also, a 30-minute walk to Alexandra Palace.
The house is shared with four other housemates who work in care, education, and creative fields. Very chill and open-minded people who will happily have a drink or watch a movie together now and then, but also respectful of each other's own space and schedules.
