Double room in garden flat shared with cat / owner

Bright 2-bed garden flat available for a short-term lodger.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy lodger to share my lovely 2-bedroom garden flat. This is ideal for someone looking for a flexible short-term home, with a minimum stay of one month which could then become a rolling contract.

A quick heads-up: I'm planning to renovate the property this year, so while there's no fixed end date, the arrangement will be on a rolling basis and subject to a month's notice if I need the room back.

The flat has a private garden, wifi, plenty of natural light, and is a comfortable place to call home. The kitchen has everything including a dishwasher and I’m happy to share all equipment - plates, pans, air fryer etc. but there’s also space if you have your own.

The room opens out onto the garden and has a double bed, two row clothing rail with shelves and huge mirror with another shelf and lots of high cupboard storage. There's space to add a desk if you have one.

There's also a garden office which has a desk and a treadmill. I'm open to discussing shared use of that too if of interest.

You'll also be sharing with the true owner of the flat: my friendly but very opinionated cat. He's sociable, full of character, and will happily let you know exactly what he thinks, so you'll need to be a genuine cat lover.

The location is great with supermarkets, smaller shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's also a short walk to several parks (Lordship Rec and Downhills Park), gyms and all the high street shops / cinema etc in Wood Green.

The closest station is Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) but it's a short bus or bike ride to Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) or Finsbury Park (Victoria Line / National Rail) so easy to get just about anywhere.
