The Flatmates
Aiden: 35, gay man, cabaret performer, hot glue enthusiast, about to start a PHD
Liv: 31, bi woman, musician and singer, horror nerd, great skincare routine
We're both fairly introverted but get on great with each other, expect a lot of cackling, obscure pop culture references, and pontificating about films, music, and pop stars. We’re both very respectful of each others’ space and privacy, but really enjoy making dedicated time to hang out together as a house. We love a film night. We love living here and having a peaceful house without too many people coming and going is important to us, so we’d love to find someone who wants a home to call their own (not literally, screw the housing crisis).
We're looking for someone over 28 because we're horrible old crones. We're a very queer friendly household, so no terfs, no tories, free Palestine, etc.
Landlord and Logistics
We deal directly with the landlord, who's part of the estate agency, they're really responsive and reasonable, and have been happy to fix any problems we've had so far. You would be on the contract, and would need to go through referencing. (With new renting laws they're very accommodating for benefits, so this shouldn't be a problem).
Sadly we can't accept pets or couples, though you can butter us up with adorable photos of sweet animals.
