I am looking for 3 clean, tidy and non-smoking professional tenants to share this beautiful house with my existing tenant who works in management consultancy in his late 20s for 3 spacious double bedroom with a study room in a 4 bed Victorian house.

The property is situated on a quiet street with a modern fitted kitchen with DW, WM, double oven, a separate dining room facing the quiet large back garden, a large living room, a bathroom and a nice sized garden. There is a large Smart TV. Double glazing windows and wooden floor are throughout the house. It is well furnished and there's plenty of space to do your own thing as well as spending time together.

The house is 5 min walk from Turnpike Lane tube (Piccadilly Line). The location is great with Wood Green high street and all the shops you need a 5 minute walk away, plus there are great transport links - bus and tube so it's never difficult to get anywhere.

The advertised rooms are 3 spacious double bed rooms (1x on the ground floor, 2x on the first floor) of a Victorian house, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The rent for each of these rooms is £1,000 per calendar month which includes the council tax but excluding all other bills.

According to my former tenants, all other bills on average total to around £100 per person per month on the basis of 4 people sharing. Please talk with my tenants during the viewing to get the accurate figure of the bills.
