We’ve got a single room opening up from 3rd October in our 5 bed houseshare, just a 10-minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line).

Small but an absolute steal for London!!
Ideal for someone who doesn’t wfh and/or looking to save money on rent. You will have a wardrobe downstairs in lounge and also there is space on landing if you wanted to put extra storage.

The house has a beautiful garden, 2 bathrooms and separate lounge to the kitchen. We’re a super chill household who enjoy having a little homey community: sometimes heading to the pub on the corner for a drink, watching a show together, or having a catch-up in the kitchen, while also being totally happy doing our own thing and following our own rhythms.

A few of us love to go out out on the weekends but we tend to keep it out of the house so deffo more a chill house than a party one!

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Clean & tidy (this is genuinely important to us!)
- Respectful of the house and the people in it
- Communicative and easygoing
- ‼️Proof of employment for contract referencing‼️

We’d love someone who wants a lovely, relaxed home. No pressure to be best friends, but a friendly, considerate vibe is definitely important.

Bills come to approximately £100/120 per month
