South facing room (sunlight facing) has bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe and a clean bamboo floor. House has large garden and kitchen. House has two bathrooms.

Kitchen/Dining room has large cooker, good oven, large fridge, air frier. House is very clean and housework is taken care of.

Garden has washing machine and separate tumble drier.

All bills Included: Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi, Council Tax, TV License- basically everything.

5-7 min walk to Turnpike Lane station, zone 3 on the Piccadilly Line. 20 mins to central London. bus ride from Alexandra Palace.

Nearby shops and 7 mins to high street with supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Lidl), 2 cinemas, shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops.

Rear garden backs onto recreational ground and 2 other large parks within 2 minute walk.
