A double room is available to let in our warm and friendly house share less than 10 minutes from Turnpike Lane tube station. The room is on the first floor and looks onto the front garden and road.
The house has two bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a washing machine/ dryer , microwave, fridge/freezer and all other mod cons and a living room.
The housemates are friendly and professional. There is a cleaning rota and the house is kept clean and tidy. There is a courtyard garden to the rear of the house. The rent includes council tax, water rates and wifi. Gas and electricity costs are on average between £2 to £10 a week depending on the season.
