Description
Hello!
We are looking for one more flatmate for our 4-bedroom vegan houseshare near Turnpike Lane, north London on the Piccadilly Line. We live in a terraced house on a really quiet road, just 3 minutes walk from the station and comprehensive High Street.
In addition to the bedrooms, we have a very large kitchen with dining space and appliances (two fridges with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer); two toilets and a separate bathroom; a lovely garden with patio, grass and a pear tree. The inside has been decorated just before we moved in and the house is in a good condition.
Nearby resources include: a park (basketball court, running, trim park); good Indian veg restaurant behind the corner; completely vegan café/restaurant "Kabaret at Karamel" 10 minutes down the road; organic and health shops; cinemas. It's a developing multicultural area with very good transport links (Piccadilly Line soon to become Night Tube).
We already have caged rats/birds, but no dogs or cats are allowed by the landlord. We are all professionals around our 30s with stable work and incomes, and we are looking to find one or two other vegan professionals wanting to live in a fun but mostly quiet house (besides our renowned house parties, that is!) and who prefer their surroundings very clean and mostly tidy.
People and couples of any genders and sexual orientation welcome.
Rent is GBP 680 pcm (plus bills and council tax; we will negotiate a small increase in case of a couple) for a nice, large, extremely well-lit, double room on the ground floor. Furniture included: a huge wardrobe (the biggest of the two displayed in the pictures) and optionally a double bed frame.
