We are 3 laid-back sociable Swedish, English and French professionals. We have a very spacious, fully furnished double room with a study room (= total 2 rooms) with large and tall windows available in our sociable house share. We are looking for sociable tidy housemates as soon as possible.

The house itself is a 4 bed Victorian property situated on a quiet street with a dining room, fitted kitchen with DW, WM, a living room, a bathroom and a nice sized garden. The facade of the house has just been refurbished. Double glazing windows and wooden floor are throughout the house. It is well furnished and there's plenty of space to do your own thing as well as spend time together.

The location is great with Wood Green high street and all the shops you need a 5 minute walk away, plus there are great transport links - bus and tube so it's never difficult to get anywhere.

We are all professionals and enjoy both going out and spending an evening in, hanging out together watching tv or films over a meal and a drink. House cooking has been known to take place as have bbqs in the summer - the garden is great for sitting out in. The house has a friendly, relaxed vibe and we would love to find someone who will fit in with this and spend time at the house rather than using it as somewhere to sleep.

The advertised room is very spacious, furnished (with brand new double bed, wardrobes) on the 1st floor facing Meads Road. It is attached to a very bright study room. Note: pictures of the advertised room will be posted soon after redecoration is completed

The rent is £190pw ex bills (or £823.33 per month ex bills) for one person. We dont take couple or twin, although it is very spacious.
Contract term is 1 year. But these are the things you will deal directly with our landlady.
