I'm renting out double room room in my fully furnished flat and 2 double bedroom property. Situated just 200m (3 minute) walk from Turnpike Lane Tube station (Piccadilly Line) with access to central London within 15-20 minutes.

You will be sharing one other flatmate and my wife and I will be living elsewhere.

We're looking for someone friendly, tidy & considerate to rent out our larger double room.

Your share of bills are included in the monthly rate, including council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband and TV licence (approximately £500 per month in total).

Amenities are extremely close and you are a short walk away from Crouch End and the parks surrounding Alexandra Palace.
