Hi there! We have a lovely double room available in our spacious home, just a 2-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station.
We’re a group of 6 friends (4 men, 2 women – plus one very charming cat!) living together like family. We're looking for someone who's kind, respectful, and easygoing – ideally a working professional aged 30 or over – who would enjoy being part of our little community.
Although we all get along really well, we also respect each other’s space and privacy. It’s a calm, clean, and cozy home. We work hard, so the vibe is usually quiet, but we love the occasional wine night or a shared meal when we’re all around.

What we're looking for in a new housemate:
* Age 30+
* Animal lover (the cat is part of the family!)
* Clean, respectful, and happy to follow shared house rules
* A good communicator who appreciates both independence and a sense of community
* Non-smoker (no smoking indoors)
We all chip in for shared essentials like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and cat food/litter, and we all help care for our furry housemate. These are important to us and part of what makes our home feel like home.

About the house:

It’s a beautiful 3-floor Victorian house with:
* 2 toilet rooms and 2 shower rooms
* A huge kitchen with double facilities
* A bright conservatory and a peaceful garden
* Wooden floors, double-glazed windows – warm in winter, breezy in summer
* Everything is modern, clean, and easy to maintain
The available room is on the top floor – cozy and private.
