I have a double room available in a modern 3 bedroom apartment. There is wireless Internet Broadband, a washing machine, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. You will be sharing the flat with me a female professional over thirty years of age and another young female student. The flat is quiet, very clean and tidy, no pets allowed and smoking is only permitted outside the apartment.
I would prefer another female professional or student.
The flat has a river view and two nearby parks. The area is in Upper Clapton, Zone 2, in Hackney near Stamford Hill and Stoke Newington, North East London. The closest tube station is Manor House Station and it is 10 minutes walk to Clapton Overground Station where you can catch trains to Liverpool Street Station, 10 Mins journey to Liverpool Street Station. There are also so many buses to the city. The rent is £498 per calendar month all bills included. Let me know if you want to view it. The room is available from 28th August 2019.
