Cosy double bedroom with balcony in large 2 bedroom flat. You'd be sharing with me. I have been in the flat for 3 years now.

The room is available from 22nd of march until June. It's a sublet there is no deposit required.

Located at overground station Clapton, 15min from Liverpool street by train. 10min from Manor House and 15min from Finsbury Park by bus 253/254.

The bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 drawers, 1 desk and 1 chair, a balcony accessible through a glass door which makes the room very sunny. It is not on the street side and so it is very quiet as well.

The flat is about 65 square meters, it has one entrance space with space for shoes and coats, a large sunny living room, a large semi opened kitchen communicating with the living room, a bathroom and toilets. At the upper floor there are a bedroom with a balcony (the one for rent) and a second bedroom.

The living room is large and sunny. The kitchen has 4 gas, one oven, one washing machine, one fridge and one freezer.
We have a central heating system and all windows are double glazed.
