Spacious room with large private balcony

I have a lovely spacious room with built in wardrobes, large private balcony and luxurious kingsized bed. All bills inclusive.

The flat is modern, with an open plan kitchen living room that opens out to large balcony with smart outdoor furniture.

Its a really relaxing space and I'm looking for a respectful flatmate to share with. You will have the flat to yourself for most of the time as I will be in Somerset. I'll be back 1-2 nights a week max, and there will be some weeks I won't be back at all.

I do have a little dog, however she'll mostly be in Somerset.

I do love going out and having a glass of wine at home. However the flat is not a party flat, l am super lucky to have lovely neighbours.
