Bright single room next to Hackney Down Park

Lovely single room in Clapton, between Rectory Road and Clapton overground station, 2min walk from Hackney Down Park. The room is very bright and quite, with a beautifull view onto the small green estate park. There is a huge storage room coming with it, with enough place to put a desc and create a small office, or to store your belongings. There is no living room in the house, but we've got a spacious kitchen with a big table.

We're looking for a friendly and clean flatmate. All of us currently working from home, so we try to respect other peoples' needs.
