I am looking for a flatemate to sublet this cozy room from 4th May to 30th June.

The room is fully furnished with a day bed (single and double bed in one), wardrobe, m, chair, table. Desk/dressing table

The basement flat includes a living room (new flooring see kitchen’s picture ) bathroom, and a garden .

There are plenty local shops nearby, parks and public transportation:

The room is available from 4th May to 30th June £925/monthly all bills included.
The room can be rent weekly as well £350/ Weekly
